Market Report

16-12-2014

We've had another pretty good week of supply since our last report and expect this trend to continue. The only real negatives have been the scarcity of excellent Tuna and a bit of an easterly wind over the last few days making Garfish, King George Whiting and other locally caught fish a bit hard to catch.

The South Australian government will reopen their Snapper fishery on Thursday which will help to bolster some already good Victorian catches. South Australian Snapper tends to be a bit larger than the Victorian fish you may be used to getting lately, expect fish of exceptional quality between 5 and 8 kilograms.

Specials this week are really looking good! Please check out our BULK BUYS for pricing, we have stunning Blue Eye and Baby Barramundi (both attached) available at really great prices and the quality!
